Continuous increase in weights:
The basis for increasing the fitness rate, whether in terms of strength, size, endurance, etc. is to make your muscles stronger and more rigid than what you are used to, so to increase muscle strength, you must constantly try to increase the weight that you use in training, as for increasing muscle size, Not only should you use heavier weights, but you must increase the number of iterations in each training group, everything must be increased periodically and continuously.
Isolate muscles:
If you want to achieve the maximum possible training for the muscle, you must isolate it from the other muscles in the exercise, because each muscle participates in one way or another in movement, either as a muscle that helps to achieve stability or as a muscle controlled by the contraction of another muscle, or as a resistance muscle to another, or as a support muscle.
Confuse the muscle:
One of the most important principles of achieving continuous growth is not to let the body become fully accustomed to a specific training program or one routine, meaning that you do not always train in one pattern, be sure to change the repetitions and training angles until you reach continuous muscle growth.
Prioritize weaker muscles:
Train the weakest part of the muscle first when your energy is at its highest. A high intensity level is what builds the muscles, and the intensity level can only be great when your energy is high.
Training Groups System:
In the early beginnings of bodybuilding, most experts recommended performing one set of each exercise in the training program, and "Joe Weider" was the first to call for an increase in the number of groups by between 3 and 4 groups per exercise in order to work for each muscle group well to achieve maximum growth in it.
