Good fats:

The good fats are unsaturated fats, which are one of the elements that fight diseases resulting from the presence of an excess of fats in the body, and unsaturated fats are divided into two parts, the first mono and the second poly.
Monounsaturated fats can help lower the harmful cholesterol in the blood called (LDL), as well as promote healthy cholesterol in the blood called (HDL). As for polyunsaturated fats, they have a property similar to monounsaturated in combating harmful cholesterol. , But researchers and doctors believe that it has the ability to reduce healthy cholesterol as well, and therefore monotherapy is better than multiple, but both types are healthy.

Harmful fats:

Harmful fats are known as saturated fats, and they come from meat, dairy and their derivatives, so that these fats are solid at normal temperatures, and are responsible for high levels of harmful cholesterol in the blood, and cause many health problems such as clogged arteries and heart and arterial diseases. Other, and doctors advise to avoid eating these fats as much as possible.
But these fats are not always considered harmful, as they are an important source of vitamins and minerals, and saturated fats from a vegetable source such as coconut oil are useful because they are broken down differently in the body and are useful in the metabolism processes.

Bad fats:

These fats are considered one of the worst types of fats, and they are trans fats or the so-called hydrogenated fats, and these fats are produced by passing vegetable oils through the hydrogenation process, and they are abundant in processed foods or fast food, and include French fries, sweets and others.
The harm caused by trans-fats is not limited to raising the level of LDL cholesterol, but also by reducing the levels of good cholesterol (HDL) in the blood.
